Sick Again

I'm sick again so I'll be in Mom's lap whenever I can today. I sure wish Mom and my doctor could figure out what makes me feel this way. It's miserable. Maybe Mom should put me back on the prescription food like last time. It seemed to help. Oh I hate this. And I know it worries Mom. She hates it when I cry.

    We are so sorry you are sick. We don't like when our friends are hurting :(

    Thank you for your comment about Lucie! Due to the location and the vein that the aneurysm and blood clot ar in, and the size of the issue which is a little over 2 inches long, the risk of doing surgery would be terribly high. Basically, we were told by our vet that if Texas A & M will not do surgery then it is just not possible. Being a teaching school and hospital, they will take more risks because they see more abnormal cases, but with this one they would not even give me surgery as an option and we are ok with that.

    Lucie has lived with these issues since before she was born and we have faith that she found her way into our lives for a reason. So we are going to make her the happiest dog that we can for as long as we have her with us. And we just know in our hearts that is going to be a long time :)
